The hotel has specific policies regarding reservations and guest eligibility. Guests who reside within a 60 mile radius of Sweetwater, TN ZIP code 37874 are not allowed to rent a room unless explicitly authorized by management. Any reservation made via a third party website by such guests will be canceled, and check-in will be denied. A credit or debit card used to guarantee a reservation will be authorized for the amount of the first night plus tax on the day of arrival and if the authorization is declined, the reservation will be canceled. An incidental hold of 100.00 USD per reservation is required and will be released after room inspection upon checkout, typically taking 3 to 10 business days depending on the policy of the bank.
