Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in. A valid photo ID and a credit card with a matching name are required at check in. A $100.00 USD refundable security deposit is required at check-in which can be paid by cash or credit card; this deposit will be returned at check out, pending room inspection. For those who use debit cards the funds will not be available for use until cleared by the individuals bank. The property is not accountable for any charges the guest may incur due to the hold on their card. Reservations with a declined credit or debit cards are considered non guaranteed and will automatically canceled.
