Room Location and Accessibility: Sleep Inn Pasco is a two-story property without an elevator. All suites are located on the second floor and are accessible by stairs only. While we will make every effort to accommodate room location requests, all room requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. The only way to guarantee a first-floor room assignment is to reserve one of our designated ADA accessible rooms, subject to availability at the time of booking. Guests with mobility concerns or specific accessibility needs are encouraged to contact the hotel prior to arrival so we may assist with selecting the most appropriate room type. Incidental Authorization and Increased Incidental: An additional authorization hold equal to 10% of the nightly room rate will be placed on all debit and credit cards at check in. This authorization is released at checkout provided there are no damages or additional charges to the room or hotel property. Please allow your financial institution 3 to 5 business days to release the funds back to your account. For cash paying guests, local guests, and guests with a listed address in Benton or Franklin County, an increased incidental of $250 will be required at check in. Guests with a listed address in Benton or Franklin County will not be eligible to rent a room unless the required increased incidental is provided. Debit or credit card funds may remain unavailable for up to 15 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Pet Policy: Only dogs are permitted. A pet fee of $30.00 plus applicable tax per night, per pet applies, with a maximum of 2 pets per room. Service animals are permitted at no additional charge in accordance with applicable law.
