If you are traveling with a pet, please make sure to reserve a pet-friendly room and inform the receptionist upon arrival. Pets are only allowed on the first floor. If a pet is brought to any other floor, a 250.00 USD cleaning fee will be charged to your account.

Anyone who lives within 30 miles of Sullivan is required to pay a 250 USD CASH DEPOSIT upon check-in. Housekeeping services are provided every other day. The hotel processes charges for all credit and debit cards on the day of arrival, or in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined for your reservation. In the event that your card is declined, your reservation will be cancelled. It is important to note that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to avoid any cancellation fees.
