A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee the reservation. The guarantee method of payment will be charged one night room and tax 24 hours prior to arrival. If the method of payment does not approve, the hotel will attempt to contact the guest to confirm the reservation. If there is no communication by 6pm, the reservation will be cancelled, and reinstatement is subject to availability. A $50 deposit, per reservation, will be collected at the time of check in to cover damages or incidentals. The 50.00 USD will be released if there are no damages and may take 3-7 business days to return. Guests must show a photo ID to check in, with the exception of authorized military or government personnel. Complimentary airport transportation is limited to 5am-11pm daily. The last shuttle leaves at 10pm. If pets are not declared prior to arrival and a pet-friendly room is not available, the reservation may not be honored.
