A guest must be 21 years or older with a valid government-issued photo ID to check in, and a credit card or cash deposit will be required at check-in for a security deposit. Parking is available at a charge of 10.00 USD for 1 car per room per night. Extra parking spots per room are subject to availability and at an additional cost of $20 per car per night. We do not provide parking for oversized vehicles or trucks. All reservations coming from Choicehotels.com, Expedia.com, Booking.com, and or any other third-party sites will require a Pre-payment for the charges of the 1st night within 72 hours of the arrival date. All Advanced Purchase Reservations will be charged in full as soon as the reservation is made, regardless of the date it is made for, and will be Non-Refundable under any circumstances. All complimentary reservations, including Choice Privileges Points Reservations, Employee Discount Reservation and/or Friends and Family Discount Reservations, will require a valid credit card on file, and a security deposit shall be payable by cash or card upon arrival.
