For reward nights staying, cash and debit card paying guests require to put 100 USD security deposit upon check in, either in cash or an additional amount on debit card, refundable at checkout upon room inspection. Refund of deposit to guest cards will take 3-5 business days to process. No parties, no sleepovers are allowed in the guest rooms at any time, this will result in guests in those rooms being asked to vacant the room & hotel within 10 minutes and no refund will be given. Hotel QUIET HOURS begin at 9:00PM nightly. Noise levels should be at an acceptable level all the time as judged by the Hotels other guests and Hotel Front desk personnel. Front desk personnel will give only one polite request(warning) to keep noise down regarding any noise complaint from any guest room. Receiving a second complaint will result in guests in those rooms being asked to vacant the room within 10 minutes and no refund will be given. Guest Rooms found with waste strewn around, in complete disorder, and/or "trashed" will be subject to maintenance deep cleaning fee. Free parking available.
