At EconoLodge, Grand Forks From 10PM to 6am CST, all Walk-ins and remaining arrival guest will be assist via Kiosk s live agents. There will be no desk agent behind front desk after 10pm to 6am but in event of guest assistance is required during this time then Kiosk agent will contact GM and guest will be assisted via hotel staff.

A valid ID matching the reservation name is required at check-in. Additionally, a valid CC is necessary for all pre-paid reservations, cash-paying guests, walk-ins, and online bookings. A deposit of $75 or more is required at check-in, payable either by cash or a valid credit card, to cover incidental expenses. This deposit will be refunded to the original payment method if no incidents occur. Please be aware that it may take 3-5 business days for some CC to reflect voided transactions. Prior to arrival, the hotel will pre-authorize or charge the full payment for room and tax on all CC to secure the reservation. Failure to process payment will result in cancellation of the reservation without notification, as a valid and active CC is mandatory as per our reservation policy. Please note that from 10pm to 6am, the hotel lobby entrance door is locked. To re-enter the premises or obtain a duplicate room key, a valid ID matching the reservation is required unless prior notification given to front desk. For all SRD reservations booked using points, a valid credit card is required at check-in for a 75 USD or more incidental deposit. For all SRD reservation(s) or stays booked using points, Guests must present a valid driver's license or government-issued ID to match reservation at check-in. Only registered guests listed on the SRD reservation will be allowed to check in unless prior notification was given at time of booking.
