The early 19th-century Little Red School House is a one-room schoolhouse that has been restored to its original glory. Inside, kids can try out traditional uniforms. Visitors can also sit at restored desks and pretend to be back in school. Litzenberg Park, also known as Litzenberg Memorial Woods, offers 110 acres of forest you can explore, hike or use for a picnic adventure. There is also an 1847 homestead and a period garden within the park, as well as costumed guides to help the park come to life. Do not miss the Northwest Ohio Railroad Preservation. Not only will you find locomotives on display, but it also offers themed train rides for visitors of all ages, including a Train of Terror Halloween ride and the North Pole Express in wintertime.
