All guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and chip-enabled credit card with the same name that was used for booking the reservation, including advance purchase at check-in. The following guests are required to pay a $150 CASH deposit: Anyone who has an Arizona state drivers license which lists their address as being within 30 miles of our property (we do not accept US passport without prior authorization from the property manager) guests paying cash for their reservations are also required to pay this deposit. Please call the hotel at the time of booking to request a room with a sofa bed if you need one as they are limited and subject to availability.
