Near the main entrance, The Clover offers a truly special experience with top-level baristas and tea sommeliers. Don Esteban Gourmet offers an elevated Spanish tapas experience with artisanal flavors at Radisson Blu Aruba, rooted in authentic craftsmanship, premium ingredients, and rich culinary heritage. As the brand's flagship boutique location, it reflects a refined approach to Spanish and French gastronomy.
Founded by French–Spanish entrepreneur Stephan Camguilhem, creator of Don Esteban Foods, the concept celebrates tradition through a carefully curated menu by Executive Chef Jorge Méndez. Guests are invited to enjoy elevated tapas, artisanal charcuterie, premium cheeses, and bold, shareable dishes inspired by authentic Spanish flavors.
The experience is centered around the iconic Jamón Ibérico de Bellota, carved with precision and meant to be shared and savored. Warm, intimate, and refined, Don Esteban Gourmet is ideal for relaxed afternoon tastings or intimate evening gatherings, paired with thoughtfully selected wines.

Blu Tap Cider
Blu Tap Cider is the Caribbean's first dedicated cider bar, created exclusively for Radisson Blu Aruba. The concept features a rotating selection of small-batch, apple-based ciders developed in collaboration with South Hill Cider, a founder-led cidery from New York's Finger Lakes region. Shaped by each harvest, the cider selection evolves throughout the year, offering styles that range from crisp and refreshing to more complex expressions.
Guests can explore the program through a guided Cider Flight, as well as cider cocktails, premium spirits, and a curated wine selection. The experience is complemented by thoughtfully paired bites from Don Esteban Gourmet, creating a natural connection between food and drink.
