Guests can use cash or a valid bank card for the incidental deposit. They do not have to use both, and are free to use whichever method as long as it is the sufficient amount for the full incidental deposit. If the guest chooses to use a valid bank card (debit or credit) the incidental deposit is $100.00. If the guest does not have a valid bank card or does not wish to use it for the incidental deposit, they can cover it with a cash deposit of $300.00. With the $300.00, it will be returned to the guest upon checkout after the room has been checked by a staff member verifying that no damage has occurred to the terry, linen, or any other items in the room. If the guest chooses to use a valid bank card, the incidental deposit is released upon check out and the authorization held in the bank account is returned within 5-7 business days.
