Refundable deposit is required at check in to cover incidentals. If you smoke in a non-smoking room, Guest will be charged 150.00 USD per room smoked in. Damage Missing Items from the room will be charged to the guests credit card. Cooking is prohibited inside the hotel room and on sidewalks (with the exception of the in-room microwave). Violating this will result in a 100.00 USD fine. Credit card must be present at check-in. If the card is not present, an authorization form must be faxed to the hotel, with a copy of the credit card and matching ID. Authorization forms are available by calling the front desk of the hotel.
