A cash deposit of 100 USD or a major bank issued credit card in same name as reservation, is required upon check in for a 100 USD pre-authorization for security deposit/incidentals, unless hotel received credit card authorization prior to arrival. The card being used as well as the card holder must be present and readily verified. We are smoke free, guests found to be in violation of smoking policy are subject to a 250 USD fine. 150 USD deep cleaning fee will be imposed for excessive trash left/heavily soiled linens and towels. No parties allowed inside the building.
