Smoke-Free Property - Radisson Hotel Grand Rapids Riverfront is a smoke-free hotel. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be charged if this policy is violated.

Payment and Incidental Hold- At check-in, the hotel will authorize the full room rate, applicable taxes, and a 50 USD incidental hold on a credit or debit card. This hold will be released on your departure date, however, the timing of the funds becoming available depends on your financial institutions policies.

River Rock Lounge is currently open daily from 7 AM to 10 AM for light refreshments only.

Late check-out is subject to availability. Normal Check-out is at 11 AM Late check-out until 2 PM - 50 USD late check-out fee. After 2 PM - A full nights room rate plus applicable taxes will be charged

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to reserve and occupy a guest room. A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card in the cardholder's name are required at check-in. Same-day reservations are non-refundable. For most non-prepaid reservations, cancellations must be made by 3:00 PM local hotel time, at least 24 hours prior to arrival. However, please follow the cancellation policy listed on your reservation, as booking terms may vary. Prepaid and No Cancel reservations are non-refundable.
