A valid photo ID/government ID and a valid credit card with the guest's name are required. The ID and credit card must be present upon check-in. A picture of the ID/credit card will not be accepted. Guests must be 21 years old or above. Prepaid cards are not accepted. For cash-paying stays, a valid ID and a 100.00 USD cash deposit are required. A 50.00 USD incidentals fee will be authorized per reservation if paying with a credit/debit card. *** All reservations for rooms with a jacuzzi/hot tub are required to provide a 100 USD cash deposit, with NO Exceptions. Please note that this deposit must be paid in cash and cannot be made using a credit or debit card for room with jacuzzi/hot tub only. An advance purchase, pre-paid rate reservation cannot be cancelled or changed, and it is non-refundable. Only hotel guests are allowed in the pool area. Extra fees of up to 300.00 USD may be charged for disturbances, extra cleaning, or smoking.
