For guests arriving at the South Terminal, please call the hotel direct at 604-276-8181 for shuttle pick-up. The South Terminal building is about 7 km from the main terminals at the Vancouver International Airport and does not provide direct-dial courtesy phone.
INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS -Courtesy shuttle pick-up zone is outside of the International Terminal Building close to the International Departure entrance doors on level 3, watch for signage inside the terminal. - Look for courtesy shuttle phones near the doors to go outside.
