The hotel reserves the right to charge first night's stay UPON POINT OF CANCELLATION. Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation for any declined credit card. The same policy applies to all reservations including those booked through a third party. We are pet friendly however, there is a pet fee associated with your stay so please notify the front desk at check in to avoid a 200.00 cleaning fee. During special events hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card upon confirming your reservation. We now charge an $8 cleaning fee per stay per room.
