BARcelona
Savor burgers, salads, and signature entrées at BARcelona in a relaxed atmosphere overlooking the pool. Pair your meal with an award-winning wine, a local beer, or a craft or small-batch liquor drink. BARcelona offers a Cava List, a boutique wine list, a craft local and imported beer/cider list and premium and boutique award winning liquors.
The restaurant is named after the original hotel where the Radisson resides today and has kept the charm that enamored guests in the late 1950s. Once a popular hideaway for famous celebrities, BARcelona is now recognized as a setting for several movies as well as the TV show Miami Vice.

Surf Club
Remain poolside for lunch or an early dinner at the Surf Club. You can keep the party going at the pool by ordering a crowd-favorite "boat drink" or sampling three different types of sangria.

Nikki Tatum's Bistro
Named after Tatum Surf Club, the real-estate developers who built the original hotel, Nikki Tatum's Bistro offers breakfast with à la carte favorites. Enjoy your meal while taking in views of the scenic outdoor pool. Also, be sure to ask us when the next paella party on the cabana deck will be so that you can mingle with other guests while savoring delicious food. Note that the bistro has a capacity of 100 guests.
