Late check out fees of 36 USD per hour after 12:00 noon up to 18:00 and then a full night thereafter. We also require a safety deposit of 100 USD per room per night up to a max of 5 nights for incidentals. This is a requirement to stay at the hotel. No cash, only Visa, M/C and Amex. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for all reservations that include any dates between August 5 and August 13, 2026. Our reservations team will contact each guest directly to arrange payment. Please note that failure to submit the deposit will result in cancellation of the reservation. A 500.00 USD security deposit is also required for all stays that include any dates from August 5 to August 12, 2026. This deposit will be held at check-in to cover any incidental charges.
