Please be advised that there is no elevator on the premises. Guest residing 75 miles (locals) of the hotel will require a 300.00 usd cash deposit. This hotel is a family friendly hotel. If any noise complaints, heavy traffic, criminal activity, and anything else that disturbs other guests or goes against hotel policy will result in complete forfeiture of the cash deposit. Our hotel is completely smoke- free property. There will be a 300.00USD per occurrence. Guest must be 21 years of age or older with a valid credit card to rent a room.
