Use the courtesy phone to call the hotel to let us know you are ready for pick-up or call the Hotel 604-276-8181.
FOR GUESTS ARRIVING FROM WITHIN CANADA
-After you have arrived at the airport and collected your bags, proceed to Departures Level 3.
- The courtesy shuttle pick-up zone is outside of the Domestic Terminal Building to the right at the far end of the Domestic/Canada entrance doors.
- Look for courtesy shuttle phones near the doors to go outside. Use the courtesy phone to call the hotel to let us know you are ready for pick-up.
- Alternatively, use your phone to call the hotel direct at 604-276-8181 for pick-up.

For guests arriving at the South Terminal, please call the hotel direct at 604-276-8181 for shuttle pick-up. The South Terminal building is about 7 km from the main terminals at the Vancouver International Airport and does not provide direct-dial courtesy phone.
