A valid Credit or Debit Card is required at the time of check-in. Cash is NOT accepted, and the hotel does not accept prepaid cards, CashApp, or other reloadable payment cards. The cardholder must be present at check-in. If the cardholder will not be present, a credit card authorization form must be completed and submitted prior to arrival. Only cards displaying the name of the registered guest will be accepted. At check-in, an additional $75 authorization will be placed on your credit or debit card to cover incidental charges. This is not a charge, and it will be released at check-out, provided there is no damage to the room or hotel property. Most authorizations drop off within three to five business days, though this may vary depending on your bank. If your Credit card is declined on the day of arrival, the reservation may be cancelled without notice. During special events, the hotel may charge your card in advance to confirm your reservation. If the charge is declined, the reservation may also be cancelled without notice. Comfort Inn is a 100 smoke-free hotel. Any kind of Smoking/Vaping is NOT permitted anywhere inside the property. Pets are Allowed. Midsize Domestic Animals Only. 35.00 USD per pet per night. A maximum of 2 pets per room. A maximum of 50 pounds per pet. Service animals are permitted, without charge.
