Non-prepaid reservations must contact the hotel 24 hours before the arrival date before 3:00 PM local hotel time to avoid a cancellation fee; otherwise, a cancellation penalty or no-show fee will be charged, a one-night room rent plus taxes. Prepaid and non-cancelable reservations are non-refundable. Please contact your booking source to learn more about this policy. All guests are welcome to see the guest rooms first before checking in. A front desk staff member will assist you with that because, after check-in, no refund will be issued.
