We were accused of stuff we did not contribute to and we were told we were on the do not rent list but they rented to us anyway and then tried to say that so it was a very very bad experience and the rooms were nasty everything about the room was nasty and very poor front desk people night woman and day woman very nasty attitudes and not helpful at all

HORRIBLE!!
Horrible! It took 1hr to check in. I was given rm 221, which had rust stains in the tub. Rm 222 had pubic hair all over the tub. Then the gave me rm 226, which had not been vacuumed, toilet seat broken & worst of all, I got bitten by a bug! I told the Mgr Muhammad about it & showed the pics I took & he was very nonchalant. I asked for a refund & he told me he couldn't do it, then proceeded to tell me about furniture that hadn't showed up. If you put lipstick on a pig it's still a pig! Spend the extra $ and stay elsewhere.

I was bitten all over my arms hands and head as well as my face by something that later was told was a bedbugs I had a very bad reaction had to go to the ER and spend money on medical expenses
Reach out to the property and they stopped taking my calls
