Property is smoke-free, and any violation, including cigarettes, vaping, cannabis use, or the presence of an unauthorized pet, results in a $150 cleaning fee and immediate eviction without refund. Full payment is collected at check-in, and a $150 refundable authorization is required, which is released after the final transaction clears, subject to bank processing. Guests must be at least 21 years old and provide a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the credit or debit card used for payment. The hotel may preauthorize cards before arrival, and any reservation with an invalid payment method may be canceled without notice. Pool access is limited to registered guests.
