Guests are required to present valid identification and membership cards, if applicable, for all discounted rates upon check-in. The minimum check-in age is 18 years. A cash deposit of $100 USD or a major bank-issued credit card in the same name as the reservation is required upon check-in for a $100 USD pre-authorization for the security deposit/incidentals, unless the hotel has received credit card authorization prior to arrival. Both the card and the cardholder must be present and readily verified at check-in. Guests found in violation of the non-smoking policy in non-smoking rooms will incur a $250 USD fine. Additionally, a $150 USD deep cleaning fee will be charged for excessive trash or heavily soiled linens and towels. Parties are strictly prohibited within the building. All the reservations made through rewards points will require $250.00 USD deposit. No exceptions will be made.
