Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in. A valid photo ID and a credit card with a matching name are required upon arrival. A $50.00 USD refundable security deposit is required at check-in and can be paid by cash or credit card; this deposit will be returned at check-out, pending room inspection. All reservations require a 24-hour advance credit card authorization, including those planning to pay with cash. Credit cards and debit cards will be authorized for an amount equivalent to one night's cost at any time between the reservation being made and the day of arrival. Reservations with a declined credit or debit card are considered non-guaranteed and will be automatically cancelled. We are not responsible for any overdraft or bank fees that the authorization may cause. Credit and debit cards must have available funds equal to at least one night's stay.
