Hotel is newly renovated. Late arrival must indicate estimated time of arrival on reservation or contact hotel. Cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival. Cash paying guests must pay a refundable deposit of 100 USD. On reservations booked with points or prepaid 3rd party, 50 USD refundable deposit on CC or 100 USD refundable deposit on cash will be collected at check in. Deposit is refunded upon room inspection. Reservations will be pre authorized for 1 day plus tax after 4pm. Guests whose credit, debit card is declined are subject for cancellation. Must be 21 years old to check in.
