In the event an ESA finds its way into a guest room there will be a 100.00 USD charge per night stayed to return the room to a pet free room upon check out. Such an event will result in immediate eviction upon discovery.

Hotel is no longer providing free breakfast. The hotel will begin charging 12.00 USD per day for Parking starting 4/26/2024. Hourly complimentary shuttle service from Miami Airport is available from 500 AM to 100Am. After retrieving your luggage please go to the pick-up location on the second level at Departure Doors 5 through 25.

ADA SERVICE ANIMALS ARE WELCOMED AND RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. This includes any non ADA or emotional support animals or ESAs see AKC American Kennel Club regardless of documentation.

Reservation Requirements: A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Reservations with invalid or declined cards will be canceled by 3 PM on the day of arrival. A deposit of $100 per reservation is required, no cash. Guest ID and CHIP credit card with matching name imprinted are required to check in. Must be 21 or older to register and check-in. Shuttle service to the Port of Miami available is for a fee of 12.00 USD. Register at the Front Desk during check-in to reserve your seat on the shuttle. Effective November 8th, 2024 there will be a package handling fee of 5.00 per each package arriving to hotel. A 3.50 USD fee per room, per night will apply related to Transportation, Security and in room safe.
