Our Aurora meeting rooms include 960 square feet of indoor space, as well as an outdoor patio space. Our first room, the Mount Evans Board Room, is available for a conference of up to 10 people. Pikes Peak 1 and Pikes Peak 2 are separate rooms that can comfortably fit 16 people in a classroom setting and 30 for a reception. These two rooms can also be combined to host a up to 32 guests in a classroom setting and 60 in a reception setting. Amenities include: Free WiFi, remote printing capabilities, state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and a business center. Our full catering services feature breakfast, lunch and dinner options with plated and buffet selections, as well as custom menu packages and bar service with a wide variety of signature cocktails, wine and craft beers. Free shuttle service to Denver International Airport and light rail transportation.
