Guests must be 21 years of age to check in. 250.00 USD Security Deposits Required for any guest with ID address located within 90-mile radius of the hotel. 150.00 USD Security Deposit Required for guests paying in cash, prepaid debit cards and staying under a Choice Point Redemption reservation. All reservations will be charged for one night 48 hours prior to the day of arrival, declined credit cards will result in a cancel reservation without prior notice. A non-refundable Hotel Service Fee assessed of 8.00 USD per night on all reservations that include the following amenities: Long-Distance Phone Calls, USA Today Newspaper, Board Games during the rainy days, Cornhole for the beautiful days, Beach Towel Sets, Bicycles with Helmets, Grill, Yoga Room, Beach Chairs, Beach Chargers, Phone Chargers and Beach Umbrellas (see front desk for further information on all). Early check-in prior to 3PM on the date of arrival available with fee.
