Guest reservations using reward points are required to have stayed at this hotel location a minimum of 10 nights within the past 12 months before using the Free Night Stay. Damage deposit of 100.00 USD is required in cash.
If the guest has made a reservation online through any site, they have till 6pm EST time to get a free cancel. If the guest Credit Card is declined upon authorization. The hotel has the right to cancel the reservation and reserve for next guest.
Hotel is not currently allowing the visitors at this moment. If anyone not implementing this policy. They need to leave the property immediately without any form of refund. Iron/board is on request only. Microwave is on request only. Hotel is not serving any form of breakfast currently. But Coffee is only available in the morning not in the room anymore.
