In the event that a debit/credit card declines after the 24 hour cancellation policy, the reservation is subject to being cancelled and any special rates or discounts offered for that reservation will be void.

Cash paying guests are required to pay a 150.00 USD deposit. Please note that your credit/debit card maybe authorized 24 hours in advance of your arrival date. Local shuttle transportation within 3 miles is based upon availability. Advanced reservations are required. Fees may apply. Group shuttle transportation is only available via contract with the Sales Department. Early Check-in is offered based on availability. An early check-in fee of 50.00 USD or more will be applicable. Some group policies may differ from the policies below. If you are unsure of your group's policies, please contact the hotel. If you booked with a group, your room type is not guaranteed and will be decided by your group's manager in some instances. Full payment is due at the time of booking for some groups. If a modification reduces the number of nights booked or a cancellation occurs after your original booking, and this happens more than 7 days before the group's start date, you will be charged a 3% credit card fee on the refunded amount. Cancellations or modifications to the original reservation, occurring less than 7 days before arrival will not be refunded. Some groups require a 2 night or longer minimum stay.
