When hotel is over 80 percent capacity, the first night will be charged to the card on file for all arriving reservations. A valid photo ID and physical copy of payment source are required at check-in.
All reservations using debit card, prepaid card, and booking under Choice Privileges Points are required to provide a security deposit of 150.00 USD at check-in. Said deposit will be refunded after inspection of the room at check-out, provided there are no missing items, smoke smell, or damage.
