Reservation & Check-In Policies
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to reserve and occupy a guestroom.
A valid payment card, presented by the cardholder, is required at check-in. The hotel will authorize the full room rate plus applicable taxes, along with a $50 USD incidental hold. This hold will be released on your departure date; actual timing of funds being returned is subject to your financial institution's policy.
For non-prepaid reservations, cancellations must be made no later than 3:00 PM local hotel time, 24 hours prior to arrival, to avoid a cancellation or no-show fee equal to one night's room and tax.
Prepaid and "No Cancel" reservations are non-refundable. For assistance, please contact your original booking source.
Late check-out is subject to availability. A $50 fee applies for check-outs up to 2:00 PM. After 2:00 PM, a full night's room rate plus tax will be charged.
