The minimum age for check-in is 21. A valid credit card and photo ID that match the reservation are required upon check-in. A security deposit of $50.00 USD is also required at check-in, and only credit cards are accepted for this deposit. The deposit is refundable at check-out so long as there is no smoking or damages in the room. Additionally, a 24-hour advance credit card authorization is required for all reservations. The name on the credit card must match the name on the reservation at check-in, and the credit card used for incidentals must be in the primary guest's name. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest's credit card prior to arrival.
