All Comfort Suites are smoke-free. 150.00 USD charge violating policy. Reservations using a debit or check card will be pre-authorized for the entire length stay plus 10 per cent incidentals. Will reflect as an actual charge until checkout. 10 per cent hold will be released upon checkout and may take up to 14 days to be fully released. For reservation made through a third-party booking agency, we will require an incidental card with and authorization of 150.00 USD. Early check-in is available for a convenience fee of 15.00 USD.
