Located on the second level of Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center, The Morning Dish offers a breakfast buffet of favorites like scrambled eggs, waffles, and bacon.
Private events
Gather and connect, no matter the occasion, in The Morning Dish’s private dining room. From a leadership meeting of eight to 10 guests to a post-wedding brunch of 70 family and friends, this private dining space is a great choice for your next event.

Located in the lobby, Starbucks® is the perfect place to kick-start your morning or reenergize between meetings. As a full-service location, our Starbucks® is always stocked with seasonal favorites and delicious food offerings.

Brick and Brine
Located on the hotel’s lobby level, Brick and Brine is an ideal dining choice for celebrating a special occasion. The restaurant consists of three private event spaces, a spacious main dining room, and bar and lounge seating. Its open-air concept, complete with sliding glass walls, is the first of its kind in downtown Kalamazoo.

Brick and Brine’s three dedicated private dining spaces—The Foundation Room, The Mason Room, and The Kitchen Table—offer a variety of settings for a memorable event. Choose from an array of menu options to suit the occasion, from multicourse dinners and lunches to appetizers for a cocktail hour.

Burdick’s Bar & Grill
Located inside the Radisson Plaza Hotel & Suites, Burdick's Bar & Grill is Kalamazoo's premier destination for sports, dining and entertainment. The fully renovated space features an expansive dining room, a lively bar, two private dining rooms and four lanes of duckpin bowling. With an abundance of TVs, including a screen that rivals a jumbotron, Burdick's is built for game days, celebrations and everyday dining.
Private events
Burdick's two private dining rooms, The Draft Room and The Clubhouse, offer flexible settings for gatherings of up to 20 or 50 guests. Event hosts can choose from a variety of menu options, from shareable appetizers and pizzas to full entrées and desserts. Groups also have the option to add duckpin bowling for an extra layer of energy and fun, making Burdick's the perfect backdrop for team outings, family celebrations or corporate events.
