Westgate Flamingo Bay Resort

The minimum check in age is 21. A valid credit card with photo identification is required at check in. The resort no longer accepts cash for the required Security Deposit at check-in. A pre-authorization is obtained for room rate, Resort fee and applicable taxes, plus a 50.00 USD per day or up to 200.00 USD maximum, security deposit for incidentals. Unused pre-authorizations are released by lending institution after departure. Please note that cash is only accepted for full payment of room rate, Resort Fee and applicable taxes. The mandatory security deposit for incidentals will still be required on a credit card. A valid form of government issued identification will be required at check-in. The person checking in must be authorized on the reservation if name is different than name in which the reservation was made. For any credit card payments made to the resort, the cardholder must be present at check-in and a valid form of identification will be required. Failure to do so may result in immediate cancellation of reservation and denial of room assignment.
