Registering guests must be least 21 or older, present at the time of check in and have a valid photo id when checking in. Additionally, any accompanying adult(s) also staying in the room will be required to present a valid photo id as well. Residents living within a 25mi. radius of the hotel must pay a 100.00 USD security deposit. Residents outside of the 25 mi.range must pay a 60.00 USD security deposit. Credit/debit/prepaid cards are preferred, but cash may also be accepted to cover this fee only. The security deposit will be collected during check in and will be considered refundable at check out solely at staff's discretion. All nightly room charges, including taxes, must be paid for using a credit/debit/prepaid card prior to receiving a room key; cash or check payments will not be accepted for these costs. Guests still preferring to pay in cash may do so at the end of their stay and the appropriate card will be refunded. Single rooms have a 2 person MAX occupancy limit; Double rooms have a 4 person max occupancy limit. Cancellation policies may vary based on the terms of your reservation and/or rate.
