Property is smoke-free. Violations, including unauthorized in-room smoking (e.g., cigarettes, vaping, cannabis) or bringing pets, will result in a $250 cleaning fee and immediate eviction, with no refund. Full payment is due at check-in. Cash-paying guests: A $150 refundable deposit is required (refunded after room inspection). Guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID and a matching credit/debit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards before arrival. Guaranteed rooms with invalid payment methods may be canceled without notice. Pool access is exclusively for registered guests. Roll-in showers are subject to availability.
