New 2026 - fully renovated property outside and inside. New, nicely appointed public areas - front desk, marketplace, lobby area, breakfast area, new fitness room. All guest rooms are new, nicely appointed, new furniture, new lighting, new bathrooms.
Residents of Auburn, Burien, Des Moines, Federal Way, Kent, Renton, SeaTac,
Tukwila, Pacific, Tacoma, Sumner, Algona, and Covington are not eligible to
register or stay at this property without prior management approval.
Exceptions may be considered for insurance displacement, emergencies,
medical travel, verified business travel, home repairs, or other
circumstances approved by management. Approved local reservations may
require valid government-issued photo identification. A major credit card
in the registered guest's name. An additional refundable security deposit.
