Guests must be 21 years of age or older to reserve and check into a guest room. A refundable security deposit of $100.00 is required for cash-paying guests, while a security deposit of $110.00 is required for guests paying by credit or debit card. Please note that $10.00 of the credit/debit card deposit is a non-refundable transaction fee. The hotel reserves the right to authorize or charge the first night's room and tax 24 hours prior to arrival to verify the validity of the payment method provided. If the credit card declines and alternative payment arrangements are not made, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice. No-shows and cancellations made outside the applicable cancellation period will be charged one night's room and tax
