Suburban Studios at the University

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to reserve and check into a guest room. A refundable security deposit is required upon arrival in the amount of $100.00 USD for cash-paying guests or $110.00 USD for guests paying by credit or debit card. Please note that $10.00 USD of the credit/debit card deposit is a non-refundable transaction fee. The hotel reserves the right to authorize or charge the first night's room and tax 24 hours prior to arrival to verify the validity of the payment method provided. If the card declines and alternative payment arrangements are not made, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice. No-shows and cancellations made outside the applicable cancellation period will be charged one night's room and tax. Service animals are always welcome and are exempt from pet fees and restrictions in accordance with applicable laws.

The hotel welcomes dogs only, with a maximum of two (2) dogs per room and a weight limit of 10 pounds per pet. A pet fee of $25.00 USD per pet, per night applies. Breed restrictions may apply; please contact the hotel directly for additional information.
