Smoke Free Hotel. Beginning July 1, 2019, the City Occupancy tax is increasing from 2.5USD to 5USD. So the TOTAL TAX per room will be 19.75USD. If you hold a TENNESSEE tax exempt form you are only exempt from TN State taxes 9.75USD, everyone is required to pay the 10 occupancy tax.
