The hotel shuttle is a complimentary service offered to guest going on a cruise. We explain when we drop you off you sign up for a specific time. When you return we pick you up in the order in which you call so if everyone gets off the ship at once there will be no delay in picking you up. We have 2 shuttles and it can handle 10 passengers each unless someone has a scooter then it is 6 passenger.
