Due to construction at the IAH Airport, please note updated courtesy shuttle hours and pick up area /time. After collecting luggage please proceed to pick up area: Terminal A - Door A-115. Terminal B - Door B-103. All other terminals are interconnected by the Tram one level below, comes in every 3 minutes. If you arrived at CDE terminal please take the Tram to terminal B or A and call hotel. Morning time: 5am - 11:30am, every 1/2 hour. Evening time: 3pm - 11:30PM; on call, must call hotel main line to arrange pick. We can not preschedule the pick ups. Phone number: 281-666-9250. Guests are required to show a photo ID and the physical credit card upon check-in. There is a 100.00 USD deposit for incidentals payable via card collected for all guests during check-in. No cash deposit for incidentals will be allowed. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Early check- in fee of $30 will be applied if the check-in is before our check in time of 3 P.M. Minimum check-in age is 21 years old.
