As at February 2018 all guest rooms have been newly renovated. Reception hours 7am-11pm. Late check-in for after 11pm can be arranged, but guests must contact the hotel before 10pm the day of check-in in order to arrange access to room.

The Quality Hotel Manor is conveniently located in Mitcham, a 20 minute drive east of the Melbourne CBD, in close proximity to public transport and the Eastern Freeway. The hotel has two meeting rooms featuring natural light and neutral colours which allow flexibility for a variety of room configurations and decorating options. The smallest room can cater for up to 30 people in theatre style while the larger room can accommodate up to 70 people in theatre style or 60 for a sit down banquet event. The function rooms are heated and air-conditioned and offer audio visual facilities including internet connection, data projector and screen, whiteboard and markers, lectern, microphone flipcharts and photocopier. There is onsite catering along with free parking at the venue.
