21 years old or older to check-in. 28 day stay limit - there is a 28 consecutive day stay limit. Room TVs are 50 inches flat screen TV. Hotel does not accept cash for payment, only debit card or credit cards. Credit card and debit card must match name on reservation. Hotel requires a 100.00 USD incidental deposit on every check in and is refunded at checkout as long as the room was not smoked in or damaged.
